    I hereby apply for admission to Tacoma Bible College and understand that my application will not be officially received until I submit this form and submit payment of the $100 application fee by clicking on the secure PayPal link below.  

    I certify that the information I have provided on the application is correct to the best of my knowledge.  I will download, print and give the Reference Form to three (3) individuals who know me and have them return it  to Tacoma Bible College.
